1. Preface

All the terms and conditions listed in this page shall together be referred to as "the Terms of Use". "User" and "Clients", "You" and "Your" refers to you, the person accessing the Service and accepting the Company's terms and conditions. Whenever the Clients uses the service such as to make an investment or to participate in any of the promotions offered, he agrees to be bound by the Terms of Use, including any amendment which may periodically take place.

The Terms and Conditions contained herein represent the complete, final and exclusive agreement between the Clients and the Company and supersede any and all prior agreements, representations, understandings, statements made by its investors, team leaders and its employees.

2. Terms of use

By using the service the Client confirms that he/she has reached the age of 18. Irrespective of national regulations concerning the legal age, however, Stackpaid does not accept any Users under the age of 18. Stackpaid reserves the right to verify any Client's statement of age and to exclude Clients from its services if there are any doubts regarding the attainment of the minimum age required. Any Customer using our services, who is identified as underage, shall have all his earnings forfeited and his/her account (hereinafter referred to as the "Account") shall be blocked immediately.

3. Being a part of us

To be part of Stackpaid, you will need to first register for an account using your correct email address and choosing a password. You have to enter other information such as your first and last name, full address, date of birth, country and telephone number. Only true and current information must be submitted.

4. Creation of Multiiple accounts

Creation of multiple accounts is strongly prohibited. In the event of detecting this fact, Stackpaid reserves the right to ban the account without providing a refund and without recovery.

5. Security

To maintain a high level of security, Stackpaid reserve the right to conduct a security review at any time, especially prior to processing the Account Holder’s withdrawal request, to validate identity and financial transactions. To facilitate these security checks, Account Holders will be asked to provide such identification or documentation as Stackpaid deems necessary. If Account Holders fail to comply with any security request, Stackpaid reserves the right to void the Account and freeze the account’s monetary balance. Account Holders will be notified of such verification request by electronic mail and Account Balances will be forfeited if the requested documentation is not provided within 7 days.

6. Account Statement

Account Holders may access their account online by visiting https://stackpaid.com/ and entering their email and Password. The Account Holder is obliged to keep his/her login details private and confidential. Any unauthorized use of the email or Password shall be the sole responsibility of the Account Holder. Account Holders should not allow third parties to access or to make use of their account.

7.. Deposits

Deposits should be made only to the company’s wallet address provided by the company on your personal account. The company will not be answerable for any deposit made outside the wallet addresses provided by the company.

8. All Transactions

Stackpaid reserves the right to make changes to the wallet addresses provided on the website. All members will be duly notified when there's such change. The change will be for all members and not for a particular investor.
